Multi Metals (India) is an established producer, distributor, and exporter of grades EN10210, EN10219- S235, and S355 in Niger State, Nigeria. EN 10210-1 Grade S355 pipes are low-cost low-carbon steel pipes and tubes with a maximum carbon content of 022 percent with a mixture of max 160 percent easy-to-form and shape manganese. Our tubes are manufactured as per EN Specification and are commercially known as CS or MS pipes. “S” denotes structural steel and the number following it means to the minimum yield strength of the steel. EN 10219-1 denotes for Cold formed welded structural hollow part of non-alloy and fine grain steels. Grade S355 is a low carbon manganese-containing steel alloy. Grade S335 is a moderate tensile CS which possesses both superior weldable properties as well as good impact strength. CS grade S355 is also well suited to be used in sub-zero temperature applications.
S355 is a low-carbon hot-rolled structural steel basically finds it’s used in the manufacturing of universal hot-rolled beams, columns and other long products. For machining and shaping, chemical and mechanical levels are ideal. The components of hot rolled steel are easily galvanized, although certain products are distorted. The Chemical Composition of Structural Steels – S235, S275 and S355 is extremely important and highly adjustable.
