EN 10210-1 Grade S355 Pipes and Tubes are low-cost low-carbon steel tubes with a topmost carbon content of 022 percent with a combination of max 160 percent easy-to-form and shape manganese. Our tubes are manufactured according to EN Specification and are commercially referred to as CS or MS pipes. “S” indicates that it is structural steel and the number following it means to the minimum yield strength of the steel. EN 10219-1 denotes for Cold formed welded structural hollow part of non-alloy and fine grain steels. Grade S355 is a low carbon manganese-containing steel alloy. Grade S335 is a medium tensile CS which possesses both good weldable characteristics as well as superior impact resistance. CS grade S355 is also ideal to be used in sub-zero temperature applications.
S355 is a low-carbon hot-rolled structural steel basically finds it’s used in the manufacturing of universal hot-rolled beams, columns and other long products.
